The list is specific but we are great tenants who will love and care for your property as if it is ours. Wanting to initially sign a 6 months lease while we get our bearings in Amarillo before committing to a home purchase. Since we have no children or pets that would damage your property we are looking to pay a security deposit of no more than HALF of one month's rent. Please forward photos of the exterior & interior of the home.

We DO have a cat and three housetrained dogs, so a fenced yard (front, back, or both) would be nice, but it's not a must-have. One of our dogs can be an outside-only dog, but the other two can not survive being outdoors 24/7.
