Purchased new in June (used 8 days) while waiting for a back-ordered part to repair central air conditioner. Rovsun 12,000 btu window AC Cools 550 Sq. Ft. Has Remote, WIFI app control, dehumidifier, 24 hour timer, 4 fan speeds, 4 modes plus ECO and Sleep Mode. Color is white, easy window installation, and quiet operating. We were pleased with it cooling a large living room. If seriously interested, can demonstrate as it is still sitting in window. I have box and manuals. Would need some help in removing unit.
