12x16 wooden frame and floor storage building.
Looks to be built in place so the piers will need to be cut off the building
Vinyl sided and metal roof- plastic roof panels got busted by the hail.
Needs repairs and doors need to be re framed or adjusted. It’s currently on a pier and beam foundation.
Building is solid but needs to have some repairs.
The buyer will need to remove from property- no help from seller.
