Wanted to lease small livestock pens and acreage - $1 (Amarillo/Canyon)

I'm wanting to lease a small set of pens/corrals with small acreage to have a place for 3 to 5 head of steers or heifers to feed out/raise.
Ideal place would have fencing and water access and close to Amarillo/Canyon. Something like in the pictures.
I see a lot of run down places that haven't been used or taken care of in years that would work for what i need. Why not make a little money on your unused property.
Willing to put some work in to clean up the place, mend the fences and take care of.
