"Oaklie" is a 23-year-old AQHA registered bay gelding. 15hh. Peppy San Badger, Smart Chic Olena, and Heck No Hancock on his papers - This youth-friendly gelding is bred and built to work. Oaklie is no deadhead. He is soft-mouthed and responsive and rides out easily alone. He has a slow, smooth jog but will extend and has a good, ground covering long trot when asked. He neck reins, lopes off easily on both leads, and can work a gate. Well behaved on the ground, leads and loads easily, stands tied quietly, and will ground tie, good about his feet, and doesn't mind baths. He has been playdayed some. Currently being ridden outside and isn't bothered by brush and handles rough terrain easily.
