Let me introduce myself.
I am Ronnie Mahaley; I am the one who always has the good Angus cows for sale on Amarillo Craig’s List in Hereford Texas.
Today I have four of the best Landlords in the country. But to start the year out this Dry, I may not be able to stock at the same stocking rates as we have until we get some rain.
Therefore, I am interested in leasing more Native Grass, CRP, or Wheat Pasture. Would prefer the pastures be located within 50 miles of Hereford, Texas.
I pay $2.00 a day per Cow which is more than a lot of Landlord are receiving.
All my cows are hot wire broke, electric fences or not a problem. (Not on major HWY)
Since I buy and re-sell Angus cows, I have to get them fat, therefore
I only stock a pasture according the carrying compacities that it will carry.
Since I do move cattle in and out Pastures, it must have corrals.
Landlord must provide water and maintain the fences.
I will provide the care.
