About You:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school; Or currently tending an accredited dental school to obtain a degree for DDS or DMD.
- Current, valid dental license to practice in the ste or ability to obtain.
- DEA certificion
- CPR/BLS certificion (or ability to obtain)
