Mainly focusing on the following areas:
Amarillo County, Gray county, Moore County, Deaf Smith county, San Antonio, Southwest Texas, Lubbock County
We are looking for skilled and experienced Independent contractors, Handymen, General contractors, and Rehab vendors for Property Preservation(Lawn Maintenance) and Maintenance services.
Payment: Weekly Pay. Express payment: Via Zelle & Direct Bank deposit. Compensation: Per Work Order Basis. Work includes but is not limited to -
1. Regular Preservation Repair - Eviction, Securing, Trash-Out, Lawn Care, Winterization, Snow Removal, Drywall/Sheetrock, Paint Job, Mold Treatment, Maid Service, etc.
2. Roofing
3. Plumbing
4. HVAC
5. HWH
6. Electrical
7. Appliances repair/replace
8. Rehab/Repair
9. Occupied/Tenant Maintenance services.
10. Concrete(such as, re-build the driveway)
Requirements:
1. General Liability Insurance
2. Equipment, transport, and tools to perform work. **Truck and Trailer, Lawn equipment, Generator, air compressor and winterization equipment, Smartphone/ Tablet with Data Plan, Basic hand tools, Locks, etc.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.

•Gray county, Moore County, Deaf Smith county, San Antonio Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work(Preferred)
License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
• 25% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
