● Basic mowing, blade edging and weed eater trimming proficiency
● Attention to detail
● Hedge trimming and shaping
● Work at a "FAST PACE" while producing quality results
● Repeated manual physical labor as it relates to being physically fit to perform any and all duties as assigned (i.e.): working outdoors for extended periods in extreme temperatures while being exposed to direct sunlight; repetitious walking, lifting, bending and climbing.
● Have some basic knowledge of routine equipment maintenance and light repairs
● Be professional and respectful
● Driver's License (preferred)
● Have a valid Federal Tax ID number
Candidate must fluently speak and understand the English language, be "RELIABLE", "ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS" and require little to "NO" supervision. Person must be available for weekday and or weekend projects as scheduled. Starting hourly rate is based on verifiable and proven field experience as the successful candidate will be field tested for suitability. This is a part-time to full-time position.
