1974 Volkswagen Type 1 Beetle sedan. Car has been sitting for a quite a number of years due to a ignition-switch issue. It is complete and has a good 1600 dual port engine that turns freely by hand. It ran quite well when it was parked. It has pre-'68 beetle bumpers and an early-style Wolfsburg emblem attached to the trunk-lid. The body is straight and doesn't show any signs of previous collision damage. It appears that some pan repair was done in the past, but it is not a rusty car. All glass is intact and the original headliner is in great condition. The original color was sky blue. It wouldn't take much to get it running and driving again, as everything in-place and intact.
I am listing this car for the owner who is now 79 years old and does not need it anymore. Price drop: $4800 cash, and it has a clear Texas title. Will need to be a trailered. Located in Plainview, Texas 79072.
