I have a private buyer looking for 5 to 10+ acres of land in the area (Randall or Deaf Smith County).
What we are looking for:
Raw land is fine (brush, dirt, whatever).
Unrestricted is a plus, but not required.
With or without utilities.
Mobile homes / old structures on site are okay.
