In a duplex, there is a 3/1 upper unit with 1 bedroom available. comes with a queen-sized bed or is available without furniture. You can bring in more furniture. You can replace any furniture or other items in common areas with your own, if the other roommates are cool with it.

That room is alone. There is a kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, den, extra room (game room/office), and balcony shared. There's a porch downstairs and a backyard in back. Laundry facilities are free in the basement.

Parking can be tandem but street parking is pretty easy. $650/mo. Preferably $650 deposit but I'm willing to negotiate. All utilities included, even internet and roku

I am the owner of the building. Room is around 100 square ft and the apartment about 1500. No animals except maybe fish. Roommate is allergic.
