I am looking for a tenant for my recently Reply at (347) 826-15 98 remodeled and "totally independent" studio "completely furnished" in a warm, inviting home! It is a very sunny, clean and independent striking suite located in bright basement provided with private entrance, full size bed, closet, desk, bookcases, basic kitchen amenities (mini-fridge, microwave, espresso and regular coffee makers), living and dinning areas with furniture. The suite also features an adjoining private bathroom with shower, central AC and heat, and much more. I like to collect art work from around the world, so you will feel at home here no matter where you are from. The full bathroom (shower) has also been recently renovated. Wi-fi throughout. There is no room for personal furniture and the space does not have a regular kitchen and it does not permit regular cooking (so hot plates and similar devices won't be allowed). So, the potential tenant must be someone who mostly eats outside, brings take-out food and loves cooking in the microwave.

I'm a responsible, respectful, easy going professional woman working on education. I keep a healthy diet and practice sports regularly. Overall what I'm looking for a kind and open minded individual who will pay bills on time and go along with respecting the place. Unfortunately no dogs (I live in the first and second floor with a small dog who is very sweet but who owns the backyard, hahaha!!!) nor cats are allowed (because of allergy.) Non-smokers please. The space is good for one person but I won't accept inquiries with kids or extra people because the space is not big enough for more than one person.

Rent goes for $400 + shared utilities. You won't find anything this good for this price in the area! I would love to have someone reliable for at least 6 months although short term (3 months) can be considered on a case-by-case. Security deposit (one month rent) plus first month's rent due before move-in. I will be requiring a background check, proof of Covid immunization, credit report, proof of employment, and copy of drivers license. An interview will be conducted.
