I should mention that I only rent to MEN, and that's because the room is only semi-private at best, due to the bathroom being located beyond that room. Don't blame me for this, I didn't build this place!! Anyone that has a problem with it being a shared bathroom can keep on scrolling, don't waste my time!
$345 monthly rent + $150 deposit=$495 total move-in cost. This is with ALL bills paid, yes that includes WiFi as well. The room has brand new carpet, fresh paint etc.
MUST have state issued I.D. or Drivers License with photo from any state in the U.S.A. I will ask to see this!
MUST be able to prove legal citizenship in the U.S.
MUST have verifiable employment.
MUST have your own reliable vehicle.
NO druggies or hard core alcoholics. NO slobs, scrubs, wanna-be gangsters, trouble makers, perverts etc.
NOT ACCEPTING: ANYone on probation, parole, bond or with warrants.

I have a small older 2 bdrm apartment in NW Amarillo with a spare room for rent. The room is completely furnished with bed, TV, AC, dresser, etc etc. There's room for a mini fridge in the room ( not included) You will have full access to use of kitchen. Clean & quiet, but on the small side. Ideal for one working man that doesn't have alot of inside stuff. The place is NOT set up for physically disabled/handicapped. If you're looking for a fancy place, this isn't it. If you're looking to stay away from the over-priced hotels and save money, you'll love it here!
Plenty of room outside, more than one vehicle is okay. This is a SHARED residence. I'm an older gent with 2 small dogs and have several vehicles that I'm always working on .. You must bring your own food and other personal care items.
Close to convenience stores, $ stores etc. Also close to Wonderland.
MUST like dogs and not have a problem living with a mechanic/junk dealer. NO other pets will be allowed here.
