All bills are included in the rent. The location is about 15 minutes away from the college’s Amarillo, WTAMU, and Texas Tech. All common areas are shared. But you will have a private bedroom that can either stay furnished or be unfurnished if you’d prefer to bring your own things. Feel free to message me with any questions. I also speak Spanish.
I would rent the room out completely free to someone that can help babysit for an hour or two on either Saturday OR Sunday. Whichever would work work best for your schedule.
