Looking for a roommate to share a peaceful living space with! The room for rent is on the second-floor bedroom with small walk-in closet. It is currently furnished but if you’d like to bring your own things the room can be emptied and be put in storage. Also on the second floor is the a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and the washer and dryer. On the first floor is a half bath, spacious kitchen and living area. It’s a wonderful spot with a private backyard :)
All bills are included in the $300 monthly rent. I’ve rented rooms out a few times. I always meet good people.
For me I am a professional. I have a great career that I love. We can do background checks if that would make you feel more comfortable because I have a squeaky clean record. Will meet parents if necessary don’t mind at all. Ask me anything you’d like to know :)
