I purchased this RV (sold by a charity organization) in the Dallas, Tx area and drove it 400 miles back home with no issues of any kind. The previous owner purchased the RV in Dec 2023. All the slides work as they should as well as the air suspension and roof top/dash ac units. The unit is in good condition especially considering it is 19 years old. I have not had the coach detailed, cleaned up, or even washed... you are seeing it exactly the way I purchased it. There are minor cosmetic imperfections shown in the pics, but nothing major. No leaks or any signs of previous leaks, no soft spots, no pet or smoke smells, and the roof is solid as well. Aside from what is mentioned, I have not had anything else inspected or serviced. I am offering it for sale as a winter special at an excellent price! Average retail book value currently is $80,000. If the coach is not sold prior to the 1st of the year, I will have it fully serviced and inspected and relist it for sale in the $65,000 range. Buy it now and save a ton of money on a clean, great running/driving coach. This is a LOT of RV for the money, shop around at comparables and you'll agree.
