Both licensed agents and individuals willing to obtain their life insurance license are encouraged to apply. We provide structured training systems, and mentorship to help you build a strong book of business and long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do:
Meet with clients (virtually via Zoom or phone appointment) to assess financial protection needs
Present customized life insurance solutions
Manage and grow your client pipeline
Maintain ongoing client relationships and service
Track personal performance goals

Active life insurance license (preferred, not required)
Willingness to obtain state license if not currently licensed

Compensation:
This is a 100% COMMISSION-BASED role with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is based on issued and paid business, with additional performance incentives and leadership opportunities available.
