I am selling my Chef's Choice Trizor XV electric knife sharpening system. I have put a razor's edge on our kitchen knives. My wife now wants me to warn her when I sharpen her knives with this system because it makes the knives SO sharp. I am only selling this because I purchased a new sharpener that does thicker blades. I paid $159.99 for this unit, and have ran maybe a dozen knives through it. It is still in "like new" condition.
