We have a project in Amarillo and need an experienced brick mason to tear down approximately 400 square feet of existing 8 foot tall exterior brick wall and rebuild it properly.
Scope of work includes demo removal cleanup proper footing and base prep checking level and plumb tying into existing structure installing brick with correct mortar joints and ensuring the wall is straight level and structurally sound. If you know how to lay brick correctly including line work corner leads mortar mixing tooling joints and keeping everything square we want to talk to you.
Pay starts at 60 per hour if you are working hourly. If you prefer to bid the entire job you can likely make quite a bit more if you are efficient and do quality work.
I am not looking to babysit anyone. I need a responsible contractor who can work without supervision show up on time communicate clearly and finish what you start. You need your own tools or the ability to get your own tools and a reliable vehicle. I will cover all materials and can purchase or rent specialty tools if you truly know what you are doing.
